Why can't I edit the name on my account?

As part of our commitment to customer security, we do not allow customers to change or edit the name on their account after they have registered with us. This is the reason why your name and company name isn't in edit boxes on your "client details" page.

Should you wish to alter the name on your account you will need to print off our "Change of Account Ownership" form.  This can be downloaded here.

This form will need to be returned to us, along with suitable ID of the current and new account owner.

This process ensures that unauthorised transfers and malicious actions cannot take place. Should you have any further questions, just open a support ticket to the Accounts department.
