I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

If you have forgotten your password for just your hosting (cPanel) account you can attempt to reset it in your client area, under the products and services section.

If the above doesn't work - please fill out a support ticket requesting a new password and make sure you specify which account it is on.

If you have forgotten the password for your client area with Cobalt Web, on the login screen, click the link "I have Forgotten my Password". A new password will be sent to your email.
